Architect recommendations for 100k renovation in Dublin 3

    Hi All, am wondering if anyone can recommend an architect for a relatively small renovation in Dublin 3, with a max budget of 100k. The renovation involves knocking a wall to make a kitchen/diner and creating a wall of folding glass doors for light, adding a downstairs WC, and renovating the upstairs bathroom. We will need a new kitchen also as the house is currently a shell.

    Ideally it will also involve insulating and replacing windows to improve the BER. I realise this is a lot to ask for 100k in the current market, but it's a small house (under 100m2).

    Has anyone done a similar project and recommend an architect to help?
