So I moved into a new house and looking to get broadband, the previous occupier had sky. I got their UAN number and tried switch to Vodafone. VF never got installed for various reasons. I am now trying to get sky installed but they are saying that there is an active connection at the address. VF say its not their…

VF say its not their connection and sky say it not the previous occupiers'.
I need to give Sky an active UAN So anyone know how do I find out who's current line owner?
