Standing order to another EU country bank account

Hi. I want to transfer a set amount each month from my BOI account to another EU bank account. The BOI app states that this is only possible within Ireland. I didn't think Irish banks were allowed to restrict access to other EU banks? Is there another method of setting up a recurring transfer?

Thanks for getting in touch with us here.
You can certainly send payments to accounts within the EU through the app. We are unable to facilitate standing orders to accounts outside of the Republic of Ireland.
