If it helps, ok, it’s not a coffee shop as such but the Beaumont House pub is a very quiet, civilised, comfortable, relaxed, nicely appointed old fashioned type pub with very good staff… they do very nice food and desserts there and there is an accessible toilet on the ground floor. You’d nearly have enough room to park a van in it it’s that accessible.

Not Beaumont but an Insomnia down in Artane Castle is probably best bet

https://www.pucklane.com/ - it's in Whitehall Colmcille, and has a car park and loads of outdoor seating. My Da has mobility issues and loves it.

Super value beside The Kilmardinny has a coffee shop on the Ground Floor.

can you get to The Omni? Few places in the centre at ground level

Near enough by car, big car park. M & S cafe is right turn at the Tyre Shop might be closer to your car parking spot.
