Easy Mountain trail with a child seat

Hey, I have a hybrid electric bike and I was wondering if there was something in the Dublin mountains where I could go with my 2yo in a child seat, something flat and easy but that can take us out in the nature. We are in south Dublin Any recommendations? Thanks
