Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Animal (dog) neglect

    Hi

    Neighhbours few doors down have a dog chained up outside 24/7, It has a rudimentary shelter.

    The poor thing is howling/crying non stop

    Im not from the area, am on my own, these neighbours are rough AF, in and out of prison, kids are the ringleades of the ferral teens wandering around.

    Im not painting a target on myself.

    Have rang CSPA several times. no change


    What else can be done legally and most importantly anon.
