RTB website ,reregisteting a tenant,trouble paying.

Ive logged onto the RTB website,im re registering a tenant.All details seem to be fine,but for some reason I cant seem to be able to finish and pay. Ive tried twice but just cant seem to find where to pay. Its probably straing me in the face,but any help would be appreciated.
