Putting in a second electric shower?

Hi Everyone, I'm just wondering if anyone might know if I can add an electric shower, not sure if fusebox will take the load of an extra MCB spcially for it. We are going around in circles here. I think this thread has run it’s course.
It is clear that 18kW + all of the other house loads will exceed the 16kVA (and 70 amps) threshold.
