    Hi all,


    Hope this is the correct forum?


    We have an issue with the RTE player app on our android phones. It used to work fine and allow us to cast RTE Jnr. to the TV for the kids.


    Recently it won't even open. We have tried re-installing and changing the settings and permissions on our phones.


    The app opens fine on other peoples' broadband.


    Is it an issue with the router and if so, how do we fix it?


    Any ideas?
