Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

power socket in the floor for recliner

    hi

    the recliner is in the middle of the living area.

    i dont want to run a cable for the recliner in the middle of the living.

    any suggestions?

    we dont have the flooring yet. the area will be tiled.

    can we run an electric cable from the wall point to the sofa area on the concrete floor before the tiling?

    and instal a socket under the sofa for recliner

    Yes could chase the floor and run the electrical cable in that and install a socket in the floor near the recliner. Now is the perfect time to install since you don't have the flooring down but would need to be very careful with underground pipes and you don't damage. Have you underfloor heating?

    no underfloor heating. i was thinking if i put a power socket under the couch, how do we tile the area around the socket?

    how do we run cable from wall to socket point under the tile?

    The same way it's done in airports and offices. Can you buy a flap cover so it's covered over when not in use?

    So you’re saying you manufacture the flooring BEFORE you load it on the truck?
