    Managed to get up enough points and qualify for WL this morning.

    Played 4 and won 1, happy enough with that, any games I'm losing by 2 or 3 I'm just quitting as I won't get in all the games otherwise.

    That IF Sorloth is great fun to use btw. Dominant in the air but he can win nearly any race against defenders too if you play the ball at the right time, he needs a couple of seconds to get up to max speed but he’s not being caught once he does.

    Would highly recommend using him as a sub.

    Buy prem pacy players for cheap, Harvey Barnes for example for 650 to 800. Relist him at 1100 to 1400/1500. Lazy buyer method :)

    Did WL qualifiers, ended up 3-7. Wish I hadn't, was in awful form afterward. Some awful matches.

    I've been playing 4-3-3 (4) but I've realised now you absolutely cannot play without a CDM this year, or else 2, so going to have to change.

    The absolute hilarity is, it was also advertised as untradeable, so there's a precedent for issuing compensation packs for this too.


    Apparently the French version of the game said the 25k pack was meant to be 5 rare golds and a loan RTTF.

    The Hero pack is the kind of thing that kills my interest in the game quicker than usual. Even though it was obviously an error, if they left it up everyone would have a chance to open the pack and have an even playing field.

    By taking it down it just means that a load of players have been given a huge coin boost/a great player. This means that the people who weren't online at 6 now have lost out on an incredibly cheap hero and have to contend with a hyper inflated market.

    That 6pm hero panic was crazy.. got Morientes + Marquez myself. Missed a Yaya for 650k and a Lucio for 300k.. could’ve been 1.5m profit! Still made 100k each off of the two I packed so pretty good going.

    Yea but we don't get it until November I think.

    The prices on the heroes recovered so fast I think EA were probably buying cards from the market to drive prices back up after they realised the enormity of their mistake.
