Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Drug Driving Charges

Just out of curiosity and sorry if it's a silly question:

I was reading in the paper about a motorist that was stopped by AGS and tested positive for three types of drugs. Cannabis, Cocaine and Opiates.

Do they get charged with three separate offences as they were over the prescribed limit for three different drugs or just the one charge of impairment?

Just the one charge as far as I'm aware.

The different drugs will be relevant only as part of the evidence of the offence, but you are only charged with one offence of being over the limit, not being over the limit on X, Y and Z.
