Rugby boots ; Adidas kakari question

Did you smash it

i take it the studs are removable but spanners I have are making no impression. A couple of pictures enclosed. Sorry I’m a bit clueless. Normally just play soccer in astros, now different sport, different boots

i think some adidas boots use a proprietary thread but any standard stud key should work on the kakaris i think. i normally just use a flat-head pliers to change studs but be careful about scratching them if you try that

Only pliers I have was scratching them. So you are saying you are sure they are removeable ?

Cover the stud with a cotton/linen cloth or t shirt then try the pliers again; this should stop the scratching. When you replace then, clean out the thread and don't go too tight with the new studs the next time as occasionally they can crack the sole.
