Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Current Fixed Mortgage for 5 Years Ending - Want to Explore Options With Bank

    Hi,


    Our current fixed BOI mortgage is ending in June 2023. We would like to determine our option to fix for a further period following the June 2023 period.

    LTV< 60%.

    What is the process? How to get the ball rlling with BOI?

    The only options under the mymortgage pages online are to extend mortgage length, request a rate change (breaking out with fee), etc. There does not seem to be an option for those coming to the end of their current agreement and wish to discuss the next steps with the bank.
