Cheapest SIM Card expenditure for second phone? Don’t need calls or SMS.

    I have spare iPhone running iOS 15 that I want for temporary WhatsApp usage. What SIM card would be the best choice for me?

    Note: a free SIM Card whereby I then have to signup for a monthly plan to get the SIM Card to function isn’t going to the cheapest option for me.

    Are there any free SIMs I can use without paying monthly? These things change often and I haven’t been keeping up. If I have to pay €10 to buy the SIM and pay no money after that I’m fine with that. Free would be ideal, obviously.

    I can use WhatsApp over Wifi, but I may in the future need internet data outside the house—at which point I can top-up on that rare occasion.
