Hi folks, we just moved into our first home and looking for advice here...

So we have an old house looking for love and TLC

We are prioritising getting it airtight and dry. We are getting the roof etc looked at and other construction but I'm trying to get prices for Windows and a new door for the 'sunroom'its an old house that had an extension put on it... The windows are timber frame along w the doors which lead to the outside.... The wood is rotten on them so looking to replace them.... There is a very small cavity wall that runs below the windows but that's it everything is timber frame and glass.... Just looking for a budget friendly way to make this room airtight or close to it.... There is no steel supporting the windows or flat roof.... I just don't know what would be the best way to approach it and at the minimum spend as budget is pretty low as our engineer report never disclosed this.... Any advice, price valuations are most welcome.... Thanks in advance
