Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can you escape Stone tourists in Tower?

Husband and I are looking to move to Cork and I've seen some decent listings in Tower. But when I visited Blarney recently I loved the town but didn't love seeing the busloads of tourists lining up to kiss the stone. Is it like that all the time, and does it extend to Tower as well? I just worry I'd feel like I was part of a tourist spectacle if I lived in the area.

They're all coming for the stone, no one wants to look at you.

There's none of that in Tower you'll be grand. There was a hotel just up the road from Tower but that's currently being redeveloped as a nursing home I believe.
