Berlingo fog lights and cvrt

    I have a 2018 berlingo and I have installed aftermarket fog lights and drl's and I have the drls wired into the fogs and the fogs wired into a relay which is connected to the battery , ground , fogs+drls and then wired into the sidelight harness , so when I turn on my sidelights and dipped the fogs and drls come on but my question is will the van fail the CVRT with this setup? ( the front fogs will be on all the time if I have my lights on atall)
