There are lots of people insured with 123.ie. What is your question?

I'm moving to them but I'm having a problem uploading my no claims statments and driving licence. All I've got is a no reply email.

They usually send an email with a link to upload the documents. If that isn't working, then call them.... Can be sorted in a few minutes on the phone.

Call their main number! Surely you have a policy in place if you are being asked to upload documents. You don't need a separate phone number just for the upload....
