Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have a 10 yr old De Dietrich. Main fan oven heated up normally then loses heat, indicator flashes as if re-heating but oven does not re-heat. Occasionally, the lick symbol has been coming in. Local repair man hasn't looked at oven but says it's impossible to get parts for oven over 8 years. Any advice please?

The shop “EXPERT” used to stock this brand - there’s plenty of outlets throughout Ireland so give your local one a call,

I considered buying De Dietrich but didn’t purely because of the limited suppliers in Ireland and possible after sale warranty etc

Id imagine your oven was maybe 1000-1500 euro at the time? So not cheap but between call-out fee and parts and repair, you might be better considering starting again with a new one- also try Google and search and see if your issue is common

You could try contacting KAL who are distributors in Ireland.

They also handle after-sales support for De Dietrich:
