How scary would a top UFC fight be in a street fight

Take any of the top UFC fighters - Khamzat Chimaev for example

Highly skilled and a wrecking machine when fighting with rules.

Put him in a situation where he can do whatever he wants - thats a nasty prospect.

Some serious fighters do be up in the black forge most weekends, he'd struggle against most of them going toe to toe.

FWIW the guy that broke in was on drugs. Something like PCP would explain why he just kept going.
