    Hi. My wife and I have a joint account and each have a bank card.

    She needs to be able to authorise credit card payments, so must get an app.

    Can she register the app as a second device, with my user ID and details, or does she need to get he own ID and password for the joint account ?

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    If you hold a joint current account you would both need your own log in details. To register your wife can call us on 0818214365 9-5 Monday to Friday.

    If it's a credit card account and your wife is an additional card holder, she can also register for a 365 profile in order to approve online purchases by calling the above number.
