Dual switch immersion wiring

Hi all.I had to replace dual switch immersion. I have connected new switch same way the old one was connected however water is not heating. Hi all.I had to replace dual switch immersion.

So one the new from the bottom
L1- brown bath
L2-brown sink
L in Brown
N in Blue
Top
N out Blue
L out -empty
Com-empty.
The old switch was turning immersion fine but spring inside was broken thats why i had to put new one.

You need to insert a wire between com and L out.
