Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Did anyone here buy a stove from Balkan energy or know if they are a legitimate company

    They claim to be registered in several countries and quote a London phone number but there is no bricks and mortar address in any country. And their Fax number has the country prefix for Greece. Which is not mentioned in the list of countries where they say they are registered.

    The lack of a bricks and mortar address in any country would be a red flag for me.

    100% legitimate. Large supplier based in Bulgaria.

    However you be mad to buy a pellet stove without local back up unless you are a capable of fixing any issues yourself.
