    Hi BOI Boards Members,

    I'm wondering if you could kindly help me out with my MyMortage Saver Account that I've been using with Bank of Ireland for 2 years. I'm working with a financial advisor and need to get a new/current/fresh/updated 'Mortage Saver Account statement' i.e. to show the deposits for the last 6 months.

    I rang BOI today and was told that this process would take 5/7 working days by post? I'm looking for the statements in PDF format and surely it's possible to obtain this in real time?

    Any assistance would be great
