PS5 Repairs Error

A friend of mine had a power surge in his house a few weeks ago. His PS5 was fried in this and would not power on tried the usual fixes changing power cables etc. He got onto PS5 and organised a repair paid for the repair as out of warranty. PS5 was sent and returned in about a 15 day turn around back in working order…

A friend of mine had a power surge in his house a few weeks ago. His PS5 was fried in this and would not power on tried the usual fixes changing power cables etc.
He got onto PS5 and organised a repair paid for the repair as out of warranty.
PS5 was sent and returned in about a 15 day turn around back in working order (Repaired or replaced).
He did not receive back the game that was in the PS5.
He got back onto Playstation asking for the game.
This dragged on for a few weeks, with him receiving updates advising that they were looking into it.
Monday he received notification a delivery was on its way.
Yesterday he received another PS5 addressed to him.
What does he do?

Sell PS5 and buy replacement game.........

But really, just contact Sony and tell them to collect second console and return game at the same time.
