Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Stripping off old wallpaper. Down to plaster. Considering using a liner paper as plaster is a bit bumpy in places.

Do you hang a liner paper vertically or horizontally ?

Is there any particular type of paste more suitable for liner paper ?

    Thanks.

If you're planning to put up wallpaper again then you'll need to hang the lining paper horizontally. If you're planning to just paint it, then you can just hang it vertically.

Pre mixed paste is usually better than packet paste, but packet paste is fine, you can add some PVA to it and it will give some added adhesion.

Best to leave at least 24/48 hrs before painting
