Nokia 105 4G dual sim phone ? Experience in Ireland and North America?

I just have the requirement to be available in Europe as well as North America, hence the interest in dual sim phones. (No interest in mobile internet access )

Just wondering, but does anybody have the Nokia 105 4G phone?

Does anybody have any experiences if the LTE bands in Europe and the US / Canada are similar if not the same?

Depends on the carrier you plan to use for the SIM in the US as well. My Android phone didn't work in 2019 but my iphone did due to it supporting Band 2 as I recall.

Anyhow when I was there this year I had no issues with LTE bands on my Android but more with the US carriers turning off 3G and Vodafone IRE roaming not working unless the carrier was manually chosen (overriding the auto one Vodafone wanted to use - can't recall but I think it was T-Mobile). I'm told they have fixed this and partnered with either AT&T and/or Verizon, to allow better coverage when 4G roaming.

Anyhow this might help - the phone needs to support at least a few of the following bands 2/4/5/12 unless you are buying it in the US?

Thanks for that one. That's the challenge I have, regarding 4G LTE. Countries do seem to be using different bands. It seems band 2, 5 and 7 seem popular in North America.
