    I've been on an online part time course with springboard since February. The problem is I thought they were notified automatically by Springboard and then decide whether they're going to pay for it or not, and since it was paid for I thought it was all good. I'm set to finish this course in December/January and then was planning on going onto a Level 8. I've also been sent a letter for a CE scheme phone call this week so I'm wondering should I tell this person I've been on a course since February and then planning on going onto Level 8 in the New Year or should I not mention that I'm currently on a course and that I'm just planning to do the level 8? Will I be penalised money for not notifying Intreo or not?
