Hi All, looking for feedback. I am looking to buy a apartment in the Edges 2 in sandyford.

I had heard that the apartments have had water and fire safety issues. So i ask the agent and she said the owners spent 15k and got it fixed and they have a certificate to prove that as well. Also regarding the water issue i didn see any spots or any water damage. What would you recommended. I will definitely get the…
