Question same as the thread title. I cant see it confirmed anywhere but have read gas leak.

Does it really matter at this stage??? It’s still very much a rescue/ recovery operation for now, and cause will come out in due course.

What difference does it make right now?

Nobody in an official capacity is going to “confirm a gas leak” until it has been thoroughly investigated, and that won’t be anytime soon.

What difference does discussing it make?? It doesnt take focus away from the rescue operation and it is no way disrespectful. The main stream media seem to be commenting on it? Im sure there posters with knowledge of petrol stations that could give educated guesses on here. Whats the problem?

Pointless thread. Does it matter what random amateurs speculate the “likely cause” to be? Let the authorities at least finish the search-and-recovery operation, in any event.
