Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Qatar airways are claiming to give refunds on tickets which were cancelled due to Covid problems

    I believe this is a scam in that they claim not to refuse to give a refund instead they ignore refund claims. Qatar airways ignore my e mails and hang up when i phone them

    Now I believe by way of eu and or uk law qatar airways are not allowed to ignore FOI requests and are not allowed to lie when they answer said requests

    The FOI request i want to make is ask them from nov 2021 till april 2022 how many claims for refunds based on Covid problems were paid and how many were rejected
