PDC is meant to be high quality cream of the crop.

I could count the number of good games I’ve seen this year on one hand but I have missed quite a few matches so maybe I missed the odd good one.

He hasn't really. He's great on the floor where he normally plays a slow paced game but on tv he's seems more nervous and jumps between fast and slow throwing.

Doesn't help himself when he starts the head dropping when things start going wrong.

Most enjoyable match so far for me.

Mensur pulled a top notch performance out of nowhere. Beats anyone else playing like that.

If MVG keeps this standard up he will be almost impossible to stop.

it's hard to think of any standout moments except THAT 161 since the tournament began. Searle was woeful today, should have not won a set only for Jose's missed doubles, but he is poor all year. Rock has been the only thing to make it interesting :-(

Agree, suljovic was averaging 100 and an incredible 80% on the doubles half way through the 6th set.

Yet MVG was always a step ahead

I hate watching when both players are eminently unlikeable.

For a country that has produced plenty of class darts players, I've never seen a darts board in a Dutch pub.

Either player will have to up their finishing considerably to live with MVG. Smith's (in particular) scoring is right up there though.
