PT1000 temperature sensors + unvented cylinder

I've got a 200L Joule cylinder - this one specifically https://erpfichetool.jouleiot.com/#/specification/Joule%20IE/TCEMVI-0200LFC

Also got an Eddi hot water diverter which can track up to two temperatures. I'm a sucker for data so I forked the money and got the sensor board and 2 x PT1000 sensors, but now I have now idea where to fit them 🤣

On an older kind of boiler it's rather simple - drill the foam, squeeze the sensor in, happy days.. Any ideas where I can get temperature readings from??

there is a pocket for sensors ,page 24 of above its marked as "F" on diagram

Unfortunately this diagram doesn't match my cylinder.

Is it possible to stick the sensor on a pipe maybe? Not sure with what kind of material though - just thinking out loud.

page 10 of this joule brochure has your model cylinder and shows the pocket for the stat its just a small opening in the cylinder insulation with a piece of tubing that goes into the cylinder

Ok, this is more like it. I'm with you now.

A thermostat seems to be installed in F already, and that is also wired to the Eddi.

On a different note, could I use K with a pocket/adaptor of some kind to put a thermostat up there too?

That's awesome, yes, thank you. I imagined there should be something, but really haven't a clue about terminology so couldn't find anything :)

On the thermostat in F that's also wired to the Eddi - is that the normal set-up? If it's redundant or if the set-up can be improved, I wouldn't mind using that pocket for a second temperature reading.
