Start Mortgages

    Hi,

    My TSB mortgages were moved to Start Mortgages. I had a bit to let that was in arrears, 8% bridging loan wasn’t sustainable in 2006 pre crash when I bought my home and then I was forced to take an interest only mortgage at 5% 2 years later. I couldn’t maintain all the repayments. I finally got a settlement with Start Mortgages last year; hand over rental plus my home plus a lump sum. They then went to ground and months later rejected they own deal. I’ve heard nothing from them for months and can’t get hold of an actual person to talk to there.


    am I alone or have others had a similar experience? I moved out of my home into a rental property based on loosing my home. It’s just hell trying to get this sorted.
