Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

    received the renewal letter and wish to cancel (expires 07-11-2022)

    The letter has an email address for cancellation but it does not seem to work

    web.support@domgen.com

    I have tried 2 more but don;t seem to answer

    customer.care@domesticandgeneral.com

    hello@domesticandgeneral.com

    Can;t register online (Create account and cancel) as it does not recognise an Irish eircode

    Any Idea how to proceed?

    Ring them. They're pretty quick to answer the phone.
