Replacing PCV conservatory with flat roof sunroom

What would be the rough cost of replacing a 25 year old PVC conservatory with a more modern flat-roofed sunroom?

Leaving the base & walls in situ, removing the PCV structure, building up a flat-roof support structure and inserting modern PVC windows and sliding door. No electrics / plumbing required.

    Roughly 5m x 8m in size.

    Any idea?

    Thanks

If you get any prices I'm interested to know. Have a sunroom 4*4.5m, its old & draughty so we need to do something with it. Considering insulating & covering it internally DIY to tide us over until we get it done properly. Have a few different ideas so trying to find out prices to decide what to do.

I mailed 1 place but they wouldn't even give me a ball park figure, also said they were booked up until next March & not taking on any new jobs atm.

I'm thinking either do what you want, build up the walls & a proper roof, remove the sunroom altogether & replace it with either an extension or a garden room.

    Have just turned this:

    To this:

Practically finished now just a bit of cleaning windows and silicon the joint on the plinth.

Approx cost was 30k but I still have to do up my figures.
