Waste for Ikea kitchen sink

Hi,

I have an Ikea kitchen sink ( Vattudalen: https://www.ikea.com/ie/en/p/vattudalen-inset-sink-1-bowl-with-drainboard-stainless-steel-s69158168/ )

with Ikea waste (Lillviken: https://www.ikea.com/ie/en/p/lillviken-water-trap-strainer-1-bowl-10311539/ ).

Would anyone know if there as a standard waste with rectangular overflow (i.e., with thread for 1 1/2" trap) that fits ikea sinks?

I have to change the waste pipe configuration after having to get it jetted to clear a blockage and so it would be perfect time to stick a standard 1 1/2" space saver trap on it.

Looking at that IKEA trap, there's no p-trap part like on standard waste fittings. How does your existing waste join to the waste pipe that goes out to the sewage? The "P" part prevents sewage smell coming into the sink etc.

To answer your question, yes there's standard kitchen p-trap with rectangular overflows that come in the standard 1 1/2" for kitchen sinks-and in the space saving variety. Phone your local plumber providers /hardware they stock various ones.
