Hi all,
We are looking at a few second hand properties in here. Can anyone who lives/lived in the estate let me know how they are getting on/got on?

We've found it a nice and quiet estate so far, 6 months in, no complaints so far. Could hear a pin drop at night. The estate is only recently finished in the last few weeks so prob still has a bit of maturing to do for it to settle down and for us to know for sure
