Amazon charging VAT on hearing aid batteries

Just ordered some batteries there from Amazon.co.uk. They have charged 23% VAT, even though they are 0% in Republic. Anyone get their vat back before? How to go about it? https://www.revenue.ie/en/vat/vat-rates/search-vat-rates/B/batteries.aspx

To update, Amazon refuse to budge won't refund the VAT. Revenue says it is a seller issue and to go back to Amazon. Repeat repeat.
