Can anyone recommend dairy free products that aren't full or sugar?

There aren't many. Fat, sugar/fructose and some spices what gives the flavour. You probably be better to opt for natural (non-modified) carbs.

A one person study (of a 19 yo type 1 diabetic). Hardly resounding evidence. I can tell you, I've been consuming soy products (mostly soymilk) for over 6 years and I have no issues with sexual function. Keep eating those animal products and clog up your arteries (you should know that clogged arteries can lead to ED).

High carb diet and ultra processed food what cause inflammation of the arterial walls and as result angina and heart attack. And btw, can happen in the brain as well, causing brain fog and incapability to learn.
