Hi folks, When I play on PS5 I loose track of time and before you know it, it's 2 in the morning. Is there a way to setup alarms of notifications at a particular time to remind me to go to bed like they have on the YouTube app. Thanks

Only thing that seems to be available on the console itself is setting a play limit on child accounts. Not sure if you can do that to your own "adult" account. Other than that, I suggest setting an alarm on your phone and practicing willpower.
