Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Air to Water Heat pump dripping

Our outside air to water heat system unit is dripping water underneath it. The builder says it is normal as it works like a refrigerator. But colleagues who have these units say they do not have such dripping. I wanted to get others experiences before I approach the builder again. As you can see by the displacement of…

I wanted to get others experiences before I approach the builder again. As you can see by the displacement of gravel it is constant drop, perhaps two drops every 5 seconds when I was there.

A heat pump is basically an AC unit running in reverse. An AC unit will have a condensation pipe going through the wall allowing it to drip outside. You would definitely expect condensation on the outside heat pump during the winter. How much condensation I don't know.
