Looking for suggestions on a SUV Diesel

Hi,

I've just sold my Renault Megane after 5 years. We are looking to get a diesel SUV as we have a baby on the way and wanted a bit more space.

We're thinking of a minimum 2014 budget approx 13k. Was looking at 2.2 Mazda CX5s but that engine seems to have a pretty bad review. Looking for 2-3 years of reliable driving before another upgrade.

Other options we were looking at were Kadjars (family member has one, love it, slightly out of budget range), Kia Sportage (are they reliable?), Hyundai Tucson, Nissan Qashqai+2 (outdated interior)

Any suggestions would be much appreciated. A safe reliable car with nice interior, sensors and bluetooth/touchscreen would be great.

A bit more might get you a 1.6 CRV HONDA 2015. Very decent , euro 6 , low enough emissions engine.

LIt's a bit more than your budget do but not bad for the size of the car and its a very classy car.

Or you could go for something less than your budget like this old 2009 Koleos,

OPs budget is 13k, your first link is 20k+

The second link you posted, they were an absolute dog, unreliable, that one has 230000 km on it,expiring NCT, seven previous owners, and is in the €1250 per annum tax bracket

Awe OK. Well you can't have everything.

They were not a dog do.

If it was unreliable it would not have 23ok on it. Renault make and have always made reliable diesel engines.

At least I gave the OP some options unlike you who just came here and complained.

You'd pick up a 2017 or 2018 Duster Prestige for 13-14k now they aren't very prestige and fairly dull but they are reliable with a good decent spec on that model
