Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Boiler needs fix

The circuit board and fan are gone on my ideal classic boiler. I need to get another year out of it before I replace the entire central heating system as part of a renovation job - it’s a gun barrell system. Is it worth fixing at a cost of 1k ? I don’t want to get a new boiler and attaching to an old gun barrell system.…

The circuit board and fan are gone on my ideal classic boiler. I need to get another year out of it before I replace the entire central heating system as part of a renovation job - it’s a gun barrell system. Is it worth fixing at a cost of 1k ? I don’t want to get a new boiler and attaching to an old gun barrell system. I’m thinking of just relying on electric heaters in some of the rooms. Please advise
