Any additional charges for asking Eir for a new modem?

Basically, my parents are using the old D1000 its been running for a few years now. I was wondering if I requested a F2000 or 3000 (doesn't matter). Is there any additional charges involved? Thanks

I had an old one replaced for free by eircom (as it was called back then)
