    Hi. We are buying a house in Claremont Estate, Navan. Any honest review about the area will be highly appreciated and helpful. We are a mixed foreign family (Mauritian/Hungarian) and we lived in Dublin for the last 15 years. We are moving a bit far from Dublin because of the mad property prices in & around Dublin.

    Old estate. Used to be incredibly rough but was given a make over about 15 years ago. It’s fine now but you may get the odd pockets of resistance.

    Its pretty close to the town center and a SuperValu. You could do much worse
