I've a dairy intolerance that went volcanic due to some buttery rice at the half in Turkey a couple of weeks ago so looking to cook for myself to avoid the rapid achievement of race weight I wasn't expecting (I like cooking on holidays and miss my porridge a lot when I'm away)
