An post sim card

I just got a new tp-link router but it won't work with an An post sim card. I think an post uses vodafone and they don't like tethering. Whats the answer.....Three?

Have you confirmed that the APN settings are correct? Does the SIM card work in a mobile phone?

Thanks for your reply, it was the APN setting,, the hard part was trying to change it. I got there.
