Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Having a few queries for I sent an email about seven days ago to the above and so far have not received anything back.

    Has anyone tried to contact them by email and what was the result?

    They will respond. If about an operator they will have sent your issue for them to provide feedback before replying to you.

    Afaik

    You should get a reply with a case number back, certainly any time ive sent a query in I've received a case number in case of queries.

    Yes you are both correct. However in the e-mail I received it said they would reply to my issue in 15 working days.

    15 days! This is incredible!
